Policy Statement 
1) We guarantee live delivery. This guarantee however no longer stands if you are not home, forget that the fishes were coming, postal error and custom retention. 


2)
 If the fishes is received dead, simply email us as soon as possible. Attach the email with a clear photo of the fish in their unopened bags. We will either refund the full amount on the fish you bought or swap them for the equivalent quality or better fish which to be shipped together in your next order. Shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. Please understand that this is to protect us against fraud.
 
3) Fishes will be shipped in a very nice insulated Styrofoam box via Expedited Mail Service, Airpak Express or any other express mail service as requested. We double bag our fishes in and do not feed them a day prior to their shipping.

4) Do have faith that we do our best in shipping with care. We only ship healthy fishes. If you have any suggestions or complaints please let us know so we can serve you better in near future.
 5) We cannot be held responsible for the damage occurring during transit.  

6) We do not ship live stock parcel on Friday due to weekend break. Though some courier companies work half a day on Saturday. They cannot promise handle the parcel to you on the day. No shipment on Thursday for Kelantan and Terengganu customers as the weekly break on Friday and Saturday.


14) After order has been placed, email and/or phone SMS will be sent to customer. Please reply us. This is a step to combat bogus buyers. If you're not replying us, we will cancel the order straight away

15) Payment shall be made within 24 hours after order placing. For auction payment, it is within 2 days or earlier as described in the auction description. If you wish to request a little extension, a simple SMS or email will do. We reserve the right to cancel your order at the expiry of this holding period.
